Refund Policy

1. Returns Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email Contact@fame.cash with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at Contact@fame.cash.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at Contact@fame.cash.
